I can not say enough positive things about Stitzel. When tragedy struck our family very suddenly just a couple days before Christmas Matt was nothing short of a blessing. My brother passed away in another state and he did everything to ensure that he was well taken care of. I can’t begin to describe how much his compassion, knowledge, and care for our family meant to all of us. He was very attentive to every detail and we couldn’t have asked for a better service to honor my brother. Thank you Matt and team from the bottom of our hearts!

Matt and his staff were top notch! From the first meeting to the day I picked up my mother’s ashes. He was so meticulous and caring. He thought of things for my family that truly made the experience seamless. We were so grateful to be able to rely on his expertise. Matt, Melissa and the rest of the team at Stitzel treated us like one of their own during a very difficult time for my family. They were with us every step of the way and accommodated several changes we made along the way. My family received exceptional service from Stitzel Funeral Home at a time when we greatly needed guidance and care after the loss of our loved one. They were easily accessible, very thorough and navigated some unexpected challenges, due to weather, with ease. They were also incredibly patient in responding to and acting upon my many requests related to attention to detail.
